Wanted for Felony Scavenging Subject goes by the name Seagull. Also has been known to use alias names such as: Laridae (A name previously known only to his family). Subject may be wanted as well in questioning for the "Missing Killdeer Eggs" case in Cheney, Washington. If you see or come into contact with this bird, be aware that he is armed and considered dangerous. Has been known to drop home made "bombs" on cars while soaring high above. May also be associated with "White Marked Clothing" cases in other states. Last seen , malingering on a field on private property. Is well equipped for survival techniques and has been known to survive for weeks on garbage. Was temporarily in custody of Bob Shannon, after being captured using a 300mm at short range, but escaped. Description: Blue-Gray and White with a "big beak". He may talk a lot. He talks the talk and also walks the walk. Is about 12" inches high when walking on the street. He has keen and shifty eyes. No obvious marks or tattoos. He can fly! Use caution when approaching. He is ready to flee at first thought of entrapment. Carries no identifications papers. Is seaworthy, but does not fly out into the ocean too far. Please use caution when approaching. He may dump on you! If you see him use a camera to identify and report to Sierra Club..
